Itinerary
Welcome to Vienna – the capital of Austria and also known as the “City of Music” due to it musical legacy. It is one of the finest cities in the world in its own imperial ways. On arrival at Vienna Airport, clear immigration, collect your baggage and proceed outside where you will be greeted by your friendly professional tour manager, who will escort you to your hotel and assist with the check in.

We proceed for a guided city tour of Budapest. You will be passing by the Parliament building before crossing the Danube on the Margaret Bridge and drive to the Royal Castle on the Buda side of the city. Here you will have some free time to yourself to visit the Fishermen’s Bastion. Tour will continue to the Gillert Hill before crossing the Elisabeth Bridge from where you drive towards the Heroes’ square. Passing by the opera and St. Stephen’s Basilica. Next we board Danube River cruise

This morning, after enjoying breakfast, complete the check-out process from your hotel and embark on your journey to Prague. Along the way, take a detour to explore the capital city of Slovakia – Bratislava. · Cancellation made before 30 Days – 70% Refund on Package Amount
· Cancellation made within 30 to 15 Days – 50% Refund on Package Amount
· Cancellation made after within 15 Days – No Refund on Package Amount
· Rescheduling dates within the same trek – 20% of trek charges subject to availability
· The applicable refund amount will be credited to you within 30 days.
Instruction for Arrival & Departure Coach Transfers:
Vienna (VIE Airport) Arrival Transfer: Flight landing time should be between 08 AM – 02 PM.
Munich (MUC Airport) Departure Transfer: The coach will drop at MUC Airport by 1100 AM.
IMP Notes for Transfers:
Please advise your client that there may be waiting up to 02 Hours (Post reaching in arrival hall) for arrival transfers.
If flight timings are before / after the suggested timing, client has to arrange his private transfers on direct payment basis. We will not reimburse any cost for private transfers.
NOTES:
- A person below 12 years of age on the entire tour will be considered a child
- As a 3rd person in a triple room, most hotels use rollaway beds and room size may be the same as the double room
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
