Terms & Conditions

General Information

We request you to read carefully and understand the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, and the Terms and Conditions. This cancellation policy applies to all vacations booked with Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited from 20 January 2024 onward. Customers eligible for refunds will receive the refund amount within 90 working days from the date of cancellation or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. For on-trip cancellations, refunds will be processed within 90 working days from the date of return or when the supplier(s) processes the refund, whichever is later. Please note that the refund amount is subject to change based on international exchange rates, refunds received from suppliers, and payments made by customers up to the cancellation date. Any changes in the refund amount will be communicated by the respective account managers.

In the terms and conditions set out in this document, the following terms shall, unless contrary to the context, mean “You/Your/ Passenger the person(s) in whose names and/or on whose behalf the Booking is made” and “We/Us/Company/Our Company means “Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited”.

Company is a travel and holiday organizer only. We do not own, operate or control any Airlines, Shipping Company, Coach Company, Hotel, Transport Company, Restaurants or any other allied services provided to you during the course of the tour.

These General Terms are to be read along with the itinerary specific terms handed over to you along with itinerary/handout and shall form the part of contract between you and the company.

Flights Policy

For flights marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation. For flights marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, refunds will be provided as per the “Cancellation Policy” outlined in the product details and final itinerary sent via email. Refund amounts for flights may be affected by fluctuations in international exchange rates.

Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited is not responsible for refunds related to grounded, canceled, or delayed flights. Customers must contact the airline directly for such issues, and refunds will depend on the airline’s processing. Customers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least one year and is in good condition. Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited is not liable for refunds if a customer is denied boarding due to an invalid passport (expired or damaged).

Customers should arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before their flight’s boarding time. Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited is not responsible for missed flights due to late arrivals at the airport when airport transfers are not arranged by us. For transfers arranged by Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited, flight cancellations caused by delayed transfers due to unforeseen regional circumstances will not be covered by Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited.

Details regarding baggage limitations (cabin and check-in) will be included in the final travel vouchers. Any additional charges due to exceeded baggage limits must be paid by the customer at check-in. Certain low-cost carriers (e.g., Ryanair, Vueling, Volotea) require mandatory web check-in. Failure to comply may result in additional costs at the airport, for which Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited is not liable for refunds.

Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited will request meal preferences on flights when specified, but we do not control the availability or quality of meals provided by the airline.

Hotels Policy

For hotels marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation. For hotels marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, refunds and timelines will follow the “Cancellation Policy” outlined in the product details and final itinerary sent via email. Refund amounts for hotels may be influenced by international exchange rate fluctuations.

While Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited strives to book hotels with excellent amenities, we cannot be held responsible for issues such as hotel staff behavior, cleanliness, or the quality of accommodations. Any additional costs due to on-trip room upgrades or extra amenities will be borne by the customer. Changes to hotels during the trip will incur a 100% cancellation fee for the originally booked hotels.

Early check-in and late check-out requests are at the hotel’s discretion. Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited cannot process cancellation requests due to the unavailability of these options.

Activities Details Policy

For activities marked as “Non-Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, no refunds will be issued upon cancellation. For activities marked as “Refundable” on the final travel vouchers, refunds and timelines will follow the “Cancellation Policy” outlined in the product details and final itinerary sent via email. Refund amounts for activities may vary based on international exchange rate fluctuations.

Transfer Policy

For all transfers, refunds and timelines will adhere to the “Cancellation Policy” outlined in the product details and final itinerary sent via email. Refund amounts for transfers may fluctuate based on international exchange rates.

Visa & Insurance Policy

Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited acts as a facilitator for Visa applications, providing guidance on formalities and documentation for specific destinations. The decision to approve or reject a Visa application rests solely with the respective embassy, and Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited is not responsible for any rejections. Visa fees are non-refundable in case of a rejected application.

Although we aim to provide a smooth Visa experience, Holiday Namah Tours Private Limited is not liable for unexpected changes to Visa requirements imposed by the embassy during the submission and processing phases.

Insurance, once applied, is non-refundable and subject to a 100% cancellation fee.
